How should I wash my DTF printed apparel?

To keep your design looking its best:

Turn the garment inside out before washing

*Wash in cold or warm water

*Use mild detergent

*Wash with similar colors

This helps protect the print and extend the life of the garment.

Can I put my DTF printed clothing in the dryer?

Yes, but it’s recommended to:

*Use low heat

*Or air dry when possible

High heat can reduce the lifespan of the print over time.

Can I Iron over the design?

No. Do not iron directly on the print.

If ironing is needed:

*Turn the garment inside out

*Or place a cloth/parchment paper over the design before ironing.

How long will the print last?

With proper care, DTF prints can last 50+ washes or more without cracking, peeling, or fading. Following the recommended washing instructions will help maintain the design’s quality.

Can DTF prints crack or peel?

DTF prints are designed to be flexible and durable. However, improper care such as high heat drying, harsh chemicals, or ironing directly on the print may cause damage over time.

Whats Your Refund/Exchange Policy?

All items are FINAL SALE. Refunds/exchanges are not provided under any circumstances for any reason. We do not make changes to any orders and cannot change addresses due to security issues. Once we shipped out an order and it is marked as delivered, the order will be deemed invalid and not our responsibility. We do not replace any items, we stand by the quality of our products.

What Happens If My Order is Lost/Stolen?

If your package has been lost or stolen, you must report this via email no later than 10 days from the delivery date stated on your orders tracking information. When checking out, please ensure the shipping address entered is accurate. Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, the United States Postal Service and/or any other shipping service that you have agreed to use during checkout will then be held liable. It is then the customers responsibility to contact the shipping provider to file a claim. Although we cannot be held responsible, if you contact us via email, we will do our best in assisting you.

What are your Shipping and Processing Times?

Shipping-U.S. orders range from 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

Processing-Processing is mandatory for each order and is 7-10 business days.
